Official Rules – Prime Ophthalmic / AAO 2026 Giveaway

1. Eligibility

• Open to legal attendees 18 years or older at the AAO 2026.
• U.S. and international attendees are welcome.
• Entries are only for Registered Attendees. Expo organizers and Exhibitors are not legible.

2. How to Enter

• Complete the entry form at our booth with:
  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
• One entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
• Entries must be submitted during the dates of the show.

3. Prize

• VOLK 20D Lens (Valued at $450)
• Winner must be present to claim the prize on the last day of the show.
• Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

4. Winner Selection

• Winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
• Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
• Winner will be announced on the last day of the show.
• Giveaway Entry will close at 1PM on the last day of the Expo. 10/12/26

5. Winner Notification / Claim Window

• The winner will be contacted by phone and text message on the last day of the show.
• The winner has a 2-hour window from the time of the first call/text to come to the booth and claim the prize.
• If the winner does not arrive within those 2 hours, they will forfeit the prize, and a second random drawing will be held to select a new winner.

6. Privacy / Email & Phone

• By entering, you consent to receive a follow-up email from Prime Ophthalmic.
• Your personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties.
• You may opt-out at any time by following the instructions in our emails.

7. General Conditions

• Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or do not comply with these rules.
• By participating, entrants release Prime Ophthalmic, expo organizers, and their affiliates from any liability related to the giveaway.
• This giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

8. Governing Law

• These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the state of Louisiana.
